MY OPTOMETRY is located in the Tarzana Square shopping center on the north side of Ventura Boulevard, near the corner of Ventura Blvd and Reseda Blvd. The office is close to Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, making it easy for patients throughout the area to find.

We serve patients from Tarzana, Encino, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Reseda, and surrounding communities.

Parking is available directly in the Tarzana Square lot, with ample free spaces near the office. The location is on the ground floor and fully wheelchair accessible, making arrival and entry to your appointment straightforward.
